Convenience Fees
A third-party convenience fee will be assessed as defined below for all On-line and Pay by Phone payments. The Scarborough Sanitary District only receives your bill payment amount.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express:
• $2.95 per transaction
• A maximum transaction of $250.00
E-Check/ACH payments
• $0.95 per transaction
• No maximum transaction
Pay by Phone
• $0.95 per transaction
• Plus the convenience fee of payment method chosen

The convenience fee will be assessed once you finalize your transaction. Convenience fees are non-refundable.
